At LittleJacks Pediatrics ETCHS we offer a comprehensive range of pediatric services including routine well child visits, immunizations, developmental assessments, ADHD assessments, and management of acute and chronic health conditions. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

Meet Our Providers
Melinda Wenner, DO
Dr. Melinda Wenner has been a board-certified pediatrician since 2008. Melinda is an East Texas native and grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas. She received a bachelors degree in biology from Stephen F Austin State University. She attended medical school at the The University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a member the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 2012 Melinda returned to East Texas to start LittleJacks Pediatrics. Melinda has a passion for children with complex and diverse health needs. Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband Deric and animals, traveling, reading, and gardening.
Brandi Ferguson, FNP-C
Brandi Ferguson has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. Brandi is an East Texas native and grew up in Hemphill, Texas. She received a bachelor of science in nursing from Stephen F Austin State University then went on to get her masters in nursing- family nurse practitioner from The University of Texas in Tyler. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Brandi joined the LittleJacks Pediatrics team in 2017. Brandi’s specific area of interest includes infant development and adolescent care. Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and children Caydin, Cambrie, and Callan, being creative, a good cup of coffee, and skiing.
Andrea Wenner, DO
Dr. Andrea Wenner has been a board-certified pediatrician since 2015. Andrea is an East Texas native and grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas. She received a bachelors degree in animal science from Stephen F Austin State University and a masters in medical science from The University of North Texas Health Science Center. She attended medical school at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Pediatric Residency. She is a member
of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In 2015 Andrea returned to East Texas to join her sister at LittleJacks Pediatrics. Andrea really enjoys helping patient’s with ADHD thrive and meet their full potential. Andi enjoys spending time with her husband Phil and daughter Ruby, traveling, gardening, and cooking.
Jena Rhodes, FNP-C
Jena is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and has been part of the LittleJacks team since 2022. Jena is an East Texas native and grew up in Chireno, Texas. She received her bachelor of science in nursing with a minor in business at Stephen F. Austin State University and then went on to complete her masters of science in nursing at Lamar University and post-graduate training at The University of Texas in Tyler. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Society of Head and Neck Nurses. Her specific areas of interest include newborns, SIDS research, and all things ear-nose-throat. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and children Bryan and Kate, traveling (especially to Disneyland), all things aviation, and volunteering at her children’s school where she is co-president of the Christ Episcopal School Parent Association. She is a member of Chireno Methodist Church and the Nacogdoches Junior Forum.
