East Texas Community Health Services Administration

East Texas Community Health Services, Inc. (ETCHSI) is a private, not-for-profit corporation established in 1987 by a group of committed community members to fulfill the mission of providing health services to medically uninsured and underserved residents of rural East Texas. Over the intervening years, ETCHSI has grown into the largest multi-specialty primary care practice in a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX. ETCHSI has been led by only three (3) Executive Directors/CEOs and has had one former Board member serve in the Texas House of Representatives for the last 14 years.

ETCHSI Administration office houses the billing, facility, purchasing, special projects, grant writing, quality assurance, accounting, IT, and human resource staff. Clinics include Eastside Medical Clinic & Westside Dental Clinic in Nacogdoches, TX as well as Lufkin Community Clinic – Sayers in Lufkin, TX.
